Dear Mr. Ventress,

It was with great pleasure that I noted that you and/or some of your colleagues have been visiting this blog recently, which is entirely dedicated to your, but certainly also our company. I trust that you are also aware that there are many dissatisfied private investors who, although they have remained faithful, are very frustrated with the performance of the shares of their company. In the meantime, lack of clear communication is leading to wild speculations about the future. Some believe the acquisition of the company is imminent, where others believe the company is doomed to go into bankruptcy. And there are of course many possible variations between these two extremes.

In any case, we are in a downward spiral with respect to the stock price, and this needs to be changed. I personally believe that the company has potential, but that everything starts with a significant improvement in operational performance, which can only be achieved with excellent execution of a clear and realistic strategy.

Given the fact that the company has been less than convincing in the past, I realize you have a difficult task in convincing us that you will be able to do this, and it may take some quarters of convincing results to earn back the trust the company has lost. I hope that we can see the announced earlier release of the annual figures as a first step in regaining that trust. We are all looking forward to positive news on February 7th. In the meantime I wish you a lot of wisdom, and if you feel the need to communicate with us on an even earlier date, I will gladly post it here.

Yours sincerely
Randomness
